Perkins Education Act

Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act

Each year, »Ê¹Ú×¢²á Community College receives funds from the federal government through the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act.  The purpose of the act is to develop more fully the academic knowledge and technical employability skills of secondary and postsecondary students who elect to enroll in Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum programs and programs of study.  

Examples of how funds allocated to »Ê¹Ú×¢²á Community College are used include:
