24/7 Counseling Services - Student Assistance Program 

Any enrolled »Ê¹Ú×¢²á student can receive help for personal, professional, or school concerns through the Student Assistance Program (SAP). Students will be connected to a professional clinician from the first phone call.  

Services are free, confidential, and available 24/7.  We offer up to 3 sessions per issue for students and permanent household family members. Counseling is available by phone, virtually, or in person.

Suicide Prevention Training  

The QPR Online Gatekeeper Training teaches you how to better recognize signs of suicide and support people in crisis. The training will cover the following topics:  

  • How to Question, Persuade and Refer someone who may be suicidal  
  • How to get help for yourself or learn more about preventing suicide  
  • The common causes of suicidal behavior  
  • The warning signs of suicide  
  • How to get help for someone in crisis
